are Cordially Invited!! This year’s Summer Seminar promises to be exciting! The Natural Healing Workshop: Alternative Ways to Wellness will focus on healing our bodies, our spirits, and our world. We have invited many visiting and local practitioners of natural healing techniques to explain and demonstrate their methods. This will be an experiential workshop where attendees will learn many self-help techniques that they can use at home to aid healing, improve their comfort and quality of life. Topics will include Acupressure, Art, Bach Flower Remedies, Balancing Energy, Breath Work, Foot Reflexology, Healing the Earth, Herbology, Homeopathy, Kinesiology, Massage, Nutrition, Tai Chi, Toning, Transitions, and much more. ____________________________________________________________________________________
Classes Monday through Friday Start your day with Breath Work and Tai Chi before breakfast! Attend a variety of morning, afternoon and evening classes. Close your busy day with an Evening Meditation. Saturday, June 26th - Field Trip to the Lavender
