The Seven Initiations contains Vitvan’s description of the stages of Self-development we all pass through on the path to enlightenment. It is an excellent road map to help students discover where they are on the path as well as providing insights into heights yet to be attained. At the time Vitvan first gave these lessons he had just discovered Sri Aurobindo’s epic poem, Savitri. He was so thrilled with it that he decided to share it with his class each week as a means of “tuning in and tuning up” to the higher level frequencies he wanted to establish for his presentation. Excerpts from Savitri and Vitvan’s explanations of their esoteric meanings are included at the beginning of each lesson just as he gave them.
