Expanding States of Self-Awareness has been called the Beginners Course. It is a good overview to Vitvan. We apologize for the variable quality; the lessons were recorded in the 1950's on reel-to-reel, which had a lot of noise. Later they were Dolbyized, then transferred to cassette, and finally, digitized to CD. We have cleaned up as much noise as possible.
